Wheelietips & 2013 Subscription Details
Hi, I’m Wheelie. I raced bikes from the age of 8 until I was 22 when college and going out affected the hermit lifestyle required by top class riders! That was the end of my cycling career…. I wouldn’t say I was the best cyclist in Ireland in my age class, I was regularly being beaten into second and third place, but I had a few wins before I quit.
I made the National Team on a few occasions at various levels and remember riding against some of today’s professionals. Elite racing was a different ball-game though and the whole training thing mixed with work and exams never ran smoothly. But it didn’t stop me loving, learning and writing about the professional scene and I’ve brought it all together for a unique look at cycling.
My blog is a detailed history of the analysis I give to paying Members of Wheeliebets. Individuals pay for a premium service so that they can avail of the best prices available on the more fancied riders across a plethora of bookmakers. Armed with my advice they can make their own decision or follow mine well in advance of the race start.
Wheeliebets is in profit since inception and can boast of massive Returns on Investment in races ranging from the 3 week Giro to the Olympics and everything in between.

Not every bet is a winner but then again he isn’t a cash machine, more the aunty who always used to give you a tenner.
